Frequently Asked Questions

What to Serve Alongside Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake

Asparagus is a nutritious and delicious vegetarian side dish that goes perfectly with Garlic shrimp scampi over spaghetti. Since shrimp scampi combines nicely with rice, a cheesy zucchini rice dish is also excellent to go with it.

Is there wine in the original scampi

Typically shrimp scampi is produced by adding a dry white wine to the sauce. The wine has a mellow sweetness and acidity that rises to an astonishing degree of taste. If you don’t want to use wine, you simply need to substitute it with chicken stock and lemon juice, which will give some of the taste that the wine does.
