  2. Add the chopped onion to the pot. And break the beef. Into smaller pieces as you stir. Let it cook. For an additional 5 minutes. If there’s excess fat in the pot (especially if you’re not using lean beef). You can spoon some of it out. But it’s fine to leave it. If there's only a little.
  3. Mix in the minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and orzo. Cook for about a minute. Stirring to combine.
  4. Pour in the tomato sauce, beef broth, cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring the mixture. To a gentle bubble. And continue cooking uncovered. For about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
