To Make Famous Butter Chicken Recipe
These simple ingredients are all you need to prepare this chicken. If you want to change the flavor, just add your preferred spices.
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts: This is my preferred cut to use but you can swap it with chicken thighs if needed.
Eggs: If allergic, you can use plain yogurt instead to coat the chicken.
Ritz crackers: Or replace with similar butter crackers
Garlic salt: For savory flavor. Or use garlic powder and salt to replace garlic salt.
Pepper: For taste.
To make this recipe gluten-free (you should use this ingredient instead):
There is a range of gluten-free crackers in the market that you can try. Some are more like traditional crackers, but there are others similar to Ritz crackers, like Crunchmaster.

Frequently Asked Questions
What to do to make this dish taste even better
Crunched Ritz crackers get a ton of flavor with the addition of Italian seasoning, garlic powder, fine sea salt, and powdered black pepper. If you want to add some ranch taste, you may also use a pinch or two of ranch spice.
Is it okay if I use chicken thighs, breasts, etc?
Although boneless, skinless chicken breasts are ideal for this dish, boneless, skinless chicken thighs will work in a pinch. Using air-chilled chicken is preferable since it has a more consistent texture and releases less liquid when baking.
