3 large eggs
1 pound sausage
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1½ c. milk

Coat a 117-inch or 9-inch baking pan lightly with cooking spray. Place aside.
