Tip:

For the juiciest and most flavorful chicken. Let the chicken pieces marinate. In the spice mixture. For at least 30 minutes. Before threading them onto the skewers. This gives the spices time. My husband absolutely loved this. He was very excited when I told him about it. I cooked the chicken on a griddle. It came out perfectly . The sauce was perfect… I didn’t make we quite as much sauce as the recipie called for but it was more than enough. The spice came through…the Thai sauce and the Sriracha and honey worked extremely well. Thank you.
