Ingredients

Skewers:

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 1/4 c mayonnaise
  • 2/3 c Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
 

  1. Cut the chicken. Into bite-sized pieces. And place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss the chicken. Until it is evenly coated. With the seasonings. Thread four to five pieces of the seasoned chicken. Onto each skewer.
  2. In a separate small bowl. Whisk together the mayonnaise. With Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Until well combined. Set aside half of the sauce. In a small bowl. For later use. Use the remaining sauce. To brush the chicken skewers.
  3. Cook the skewers on a grill. Or stovetop. Until the chicken is fully cooked. And reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Once the chicken is done. Brush it with the reserved bang bang sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley. Or green onions before serving.
