- 1 0.7-ounces packet of Italian Dressing Mix
- 8 boneless pork chops
- ½ c. brown sugar
Instructions
- Get the oven ready at 425 degrees F. Using aluminum foil, line a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Mix the brown sugar and Italian dressing mix. Use the brown sugar mixture to coat the pork chops on both sides. Place in the prepared baking dish. If there is any brown sugar mixture left, use it to top the pork chops.
- Place in the oven for 20–25 minutes.
- Set broiler to high heat. For one to two minutes, broil the pork chops until the brown sugar is caramelized. Keep a close eye on the pork chops to prevent them from burning.
