How To Make These Chicken Tenders Wrapped in Bacon?
Preparing this appetizer couldn’t be simpler. I used the shake-and-bake technique to evenly coat the chicken with the spice mixture.
Each herb and spice is placed into a huge zipper bag. The chicken is then added to the bag and shaken to provide a uniform coating.
The next step is to wrap a slice of bacon around each tender after they have been seasoned. I’m thinking you could store them in the fridge till tomorrow and bake them then.
I fried the bacon-wrapped chicken tenders on cooling racks so the fat would drain and the bacon would get crisp. In my opinion, this is a fool-proof way of cooking bacon.
I love the hint of spice, but you are welcome to tone down the cayenne pepper to suit your taste.

Sarayo sauce is my favorite to pair with these chicken tenders wrapped in bacon. But, e Even without the added flavoring, these tenders are delicious. They would be great either on their own or with a dipping sauce. You can also pair these tenders with ranch or blue cheese dressing as a condiment.
Each tender will be divided into three or four smaller pieces when serve as appetizers. These tenders are also amazing as a main dish for dinner or lunch.
