How to serve Whiskey pineapple chicken
This chicken is ideal for summer cookouts and fall tailgating. For a larger audience, just double or quadruple the recipe. This chicken goes well with green beans, buns, or a salad!
Is it possible to over-marinate chicken in pineapple juice?
The pineapple chicken marinade may be prepared ahead of time by whisking all of the ingredients together, but the chicken shouldn’t be left to marinate in the sauce for more than a few days, as the acidic pineapple juice can cause the flesh to become rubbery if left too long.
