Our family has just discovered a newfound love for Hash Brown Casserole. After chowing down on this casserole, you will not be able to stop! Indeed, this dish is truly fantastic! All you need are simple ingredients: hash browns, ham, Parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, cream of potato soup, and sour cream.
The main difference between this casserole and the ones we usually make is the use of Cream of Potato soup for the more common Cream of Chicken soup. It added largely to the casserole’s rich texture and flavor. To be honest, I prefer using freshly grated Parmesan cheese, but if that’s not an option, canned grated Parmesan would work just well.
