Walking Taco Casserole

- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 3 ounces Cream cheese
- 1 Packet Taco seasoning
- 1 Can Green chilis
- 2-3 cups Fritos corn chips
- 1 cup Shredded taco blend cheese
