1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces US / 300 milliliters Canada)

1/4 c melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 c dried coconut (fine or medium cut)

1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs

1 1/2 c chocolate chips

Additional graham cracker crumbs for rolling the cookie balls


To make these treats start by combining a can of sweetened condensed milk, melted butter ( 1/4 cup) and a teaspoon of vanilla extract, in a bowl. Mix everything together until it’s well blended.

Next, add dried coconut, graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips (1 1/2 cups each) to the mixture. Stir everything thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Mixed, place the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour to allow the mixture to chill. This will make it easier to handle.

After chilling take portions of the mixture. Roll them into balls that are roughly around 1 1/4 inches in size.

To give your treats a finishing touch roll each ball in some graham cracker crumbs.

Put them back in the refrigerator again until they firm up. Once firm store your Moose Farts in a container, inside the fridge.
