What You Need To Make This Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites Recipe?
Steak: While we usually prefer sirloin, for its tenderness and robust flavor you can also explore Ribeye or Porterhouse cuts. Each one brings its taste and texture to the bites.
Garlic: Minced garlic is essential to achieving that aromatic flavor that defines this dish. In a pinch, you can use store-bought minced garlic. Fresh is always the best choice.
Beef Broth: Adding beef broth not only adds moisture. Also enhances the savory profile of the steak bites. If you’re watching your salt intake go for a low sodium version. Adjust the seasoning accordingly.
Onion Powder: A dash of onion powder gives a subtle onion background without the crunch or strong taste of fresh onions. It’s about creating depth in flavors.
Olive Oil: We prefer using olive oil for its mild flavor and health benefits. However, if you want a richer taste you can substitute it with canola or vegetable oil.
Brown Sugar: Just a hint of sugar caramelizes beautifully lending a sweetness and an appealing sear to the steak bites.
Butter: When we say butter we mean creamy butter. This ingredient combines with garlic to give our steak bites their signature richness.
Fresh Parsley: Never underestimate the power of this herb. It adds a touch that balances out the richness and brings vibrancy to your dish. In case you opt for dried parsley keep in mind that it has a potent flavor so make sure to adjust the amount.
