- 1 large egg
- 1/2 c 100 grams granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp 8 grams all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 medium peaches peeled and chopped (about 1.5 c)
Vanilla Icing:
- 1/2 c 60 grams confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tbsp 15 ml milk
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Preheat the Oven:
