Step 1: Start by preheating your oven to a cozy 400° F. Get your Bundt pan ready with a nice, even coating of non-stick baking spray – we want every slice to come out perfect! In a large pan, wilt your baby spinach with some olive oil, then add that hint of garlic. Once it’s cooled, set it aside.

Step 2: Now, let’s get those hash browns crispy in another skillet. Once they’re just right, let them join the spinach in cooling down. Here’s where the fun begins: layering! Start with half of your diced bread at the bottom of the Bundt pan. Then, let’s get creative – layer your ham, green onions, that gorgeous spinach, crispy hash browns, and a cup of cheese.

Step 3: Pour your whisked mixture of eggs, milk, cream, and spices over this. Cover it and give it 30 minutes to soak up all those flavors. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake for 40 minutes. The result? A golden, cheesy masterpiece!
