- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1 c. hot water
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. chopped Pistachios
- 2 or 3 drops of green food coloring optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two loaf pans.
- In a bowl combine 3 boxes of instant pistachio pudding mix, 1 box of cake mix, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 1 cup of hot water and 4 eggs. Mix everything together until the batter is smooth.
- If you want a pistachio color you can add around 2 - 3 drops of food coloring to the batter.
- For a nutty crunch gently fold in a quarter cup of chopped pistachios into the batter.
- Divide the batter evenly. Pour it into the greased loaf pans.
