Step 1: Remove the stems after washing the grapes and make sure to cool the grapes completely.

Copycat Chicken Salad Chick’s Grape Salad
Ingredients
- 2½ c. sour cream
- 1¼ c. sugar
- 3 8-ounce packages of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- ½ c. brown sugar
- 5 lbs seedless grapes half red and half green
- ½ c. pecans finely chopped
Instructions
- After washing the grapes, remove the stems and completely dry them.
- Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and beat using a handheld mixer until fully smooth. Then, add the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2 more minutes.
- To the cream cheese mixture, throw in the grapes and gently toss by hand until completely covered.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, top the grape salad with pecans and brown sugar. Enjoy!
