- 1 30 to 32-ounces bag frozen shredded hash browns
- 1 10.5-ounces can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1½ c heavy whipping cream
- ½ c butter melted
- ½ c sour cream
- 1 c grated Parmesan cheese divided
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
- ½ c cooked chopped bacon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
