Ingredients

  • 1 30 to 32-ounces bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 10.5-ounces can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c shredded pepper jack cheese
  • c heavy whipping cream
  • ½ c butter melted
  • ½ c sour cream
  • 1 c grated Parmesan cheese divided
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
  • ½ c cooked chopped bacon
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF. Make sure to grease a baking dish that measures 9x13x2 inches.
  2. In a bowl combine hash browns, cream of chicken soup, pepper jack cheese, heavy cream, melted butter, sour cream, ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  4. Combine crushed crackers, with bacon bits, ¾ cup of Parmesan cheese and paprika. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the potato mixture in the baking dish.
  5. Place the dish in the oven. Bake it uncovered for around 45 to 50 minutes or until it turns beautifully golden and starts to bubble. Enjoy!
