Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork sausage
  • 2 16-ounces cartons Gordo’s Cheese Dip (I use one hot and one original)
  • 1 15-ounces can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 10-ounces can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
 

  1. Brown the pork sausage in a skillet until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  2. In a microwave-safe dish, warm Gordo’s Cheese Dip as directed on the package.
  3. Mix in the cooked sausage, black beans, Rotel tomatoes with their liquid, and all spices.
  4. Microwave for an additional minute to blend flavors.
  5. Serve with your choice of accompaniment, preferably tortilla chips. Enjoy!
