Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 18.3 oz package brownie mix (with ingredients for cake-like brownies)
  • 1 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 1 c milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening
  • ½ c peanuts coarsely chopped
  • Approximately 20 miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups quartered

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Get two 9-inch round cake pans. Spray them with non-stick spray, line them with parchment paper and give them another quick spray.
  2. For the Brownie Base: Follow the instructions, on the brownie mix box to achieve a cake consistency. Divide the mixture evenly between the two pans. Bake for around 15 to 20 minutes until they are set then let them cool completely.
  3. To make the Peanut Butter Spread: Take a bowl. Blend together peanut butter, cream cheese at room temperature and powdered sugar until you get a smooth mixture. If it's too thick you can add 1 to 2 teaspoons of milk to adjust the consistency.
  4. For Decoration: Once the brownies have cooled down spread the peanut butter mixture over them. Sprinkle some chopped peanuts and quartered Reese's Cups on top for added flavor and texture.
  5. To make Chocolate Drizzle: Microwave milk chocolate chips along with coconut oil, for 30 seconds. Stir it well until you achieve a smooth consistency. Then drizzle this chocolate sauce over your dessert pizza.
  6. Let it chill in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve it. It's best enjoyed immediately after serving.
