Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts 6 oz pieces
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Take the chicken breasts. Sprinkle them with 1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of coarse ground black pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Make sure the seasoning is evenly distributed on each piece.
  3. In a bowl mix together 1 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each chicken breast, with the Parmesan and breadcrumb mixture making sure they are fully covered.
  5. Arrange the chicken breasts on a baking pan. Place them in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 35 minutes. Carefully flip them halfway through using a spatula.
  6. Once cooked to perfection indulge in the deliciousness of your baked Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Enjoy!

Notes

To make this recipe gluten free you can use your favorite brand of gluten-free breadcrumbs instead of panko breadcrumbs.
