Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 5 minutes
These No-Bake Chocolate Brownie Balls are like a little bite of chocolatey heaven that you can make in just minutes. No oven, no fuss—just dates, cacao powder, almond butter, and a few simple ingredients blended together to create a rich, fudgy treat. They’re naturally sweet, thanks to the dates, and the cacao powder gives them that deep chocolate flavor we all crave. Perfect for an afternoon snack or a guilt-free dessert. Add a pinch of sea salt or some cacao nibs on top, and you’ve got yourself the perfect indulgence!
9 Servings

Ingredients

Bliss Balls:

  • 1 c tightly packed dates about 16 dates—if they’re a bit tough, just soak them in warm water for 10 minutes to soften
  • ¼ c cacao powder
  • ¼ c almond butter or swap it out for another thick nut butter like sunbutter or cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp oat flour
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

  • Cacao nibs
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Toss all the ingredients into your food processor and blend until everything is smooth and well combined. You might need to stop a couple of times to scrape down the sides—those sticky bits like to cling on!
  2. Once the mixture is ready, roll it into 9-10 balls, trying to keep them about the same size. If you’re feeling fancy, sprinkle some cacao nibs or a little flaky sea salt on top for extra crunch and flavor. Then dig in and enjoy!

Notes

Making these brownie balls gluten-free is a breeze! Simply swap the oat flour for gluten-free oat flour, or try using coconut flour or almond flour as an alternative. Both will give you that nice fudgy texture without any gluten. Just be sure to check the labels on your almond butter and cacao powder to make sure they’re certified gluten-free. Easy peasy, and just as delicious!
