  • 1 15.25 ounce box Funfetti cake mix (or similar variety with candy bits)
  • 2 large eggs

Prepare the cookie dough:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Funfetti cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly blended and a soft dough forms.

Combine sugar and sprinkles:

  1. In a separate small bowl, mix together the confectioners' sugar and rainbow sprinkles until evenly combined. This mixture will be used to coat the dough balls.

Shape the dough:

  1. Portion the dough by rolling it into 1-inch balls using your hands. Ensure they are uniform in size for even baking.

Coat the dough balls:

  1. Roll each dough ball in the sugar and sprinkle mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated on all sides. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, spacing them approximately 2 inches apart.

Bake the cookies:

Cool the cookies:
