  • 1 ½ quarts vanilla ice cream
  • ½ c chocolate fudge sauce
  • 24 squares graham crackers

  • ¼ c molasses
  • ¼ c honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 ¼ c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon sugar optional for sprinkling

Instructions
 

  1. Prepare the Pan: Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Toast Marshmallows: Broil marshmallows on a baking sheet for 1-2 minutes until toasted. Watch closely!
  3. Assemble Layers: Spread ¾ of the ice cream in the pan, drizzle with fudge sauce, add toasted marshmallows, and top with remaining ice cream. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Make Sandwiches: Cut the ice cream slab into 12 squares and sandwich it between graham crackers. Freeze until ready to serve.
