Ingredients

  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • tsp pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • c milk
  • ½ lb cooked and crumbled pork sausage
  • 1 c slices of pepperoni
  • c diced cooked ham
  • c pizza sauce
  • 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  1. Heat your oven to 425ºF. And prepare a 15x10-inch baking sheet with a light coating of cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper, eggs, and milk. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Transfer this mixture onto the greased baking sheet. And evenly distribute the sausage, pepperoni, and ham over the surface.
  4. Place in the oven. Then, bake for 20 minutes.
  5. After baking, take the sheet out. And uniformly cover with pizza sauce. Then sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Put it back in the oven. And continue baking. For another 10 to 15 minutes. Until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
