Oven Method

    Preheat the Oven

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and lightly spraying it with oil to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Cottage Cheese

    1. Use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to drain the cottage cheese, removing excess liquid. This step is essential for achieving crispy chips.

    Shape the Chips

    1. Scoop small mounds of cottage cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each mound. Flatten each mound gently with the back of a spoon to create thin, round shapes.

    Bake

    1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Monitor closely in the final minutes to prevent over-browning.

    Cool and Serve

    1. Remove the chips from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes. As they cool, they will become even crisper. Serve immediately or store as desired.
