Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoons chili powder
  • teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 pounds chicken tenders
  • ¼ c unsalted butter divided
  • 2 c heavy cream

Instructions
 

  1. Blend salt, powder, onion powder, garlic powder and cayenne pepper, in a bowl. Make sure to coat the chicken tenders with this spice mixture.
  2. In a pan melt half of the butter over high heat. Place the chicken in the pan. Cook it until it is fully cooked which should take around 8 minutes.
  3. Next, add the heavy cream and remaining butter to the pan. Reduce the heat to a simmer. Allow the sauce to thicken for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Now it's time to plate the chicken! Drizzle some of that sauce, over it. Serve it alongside your preferred choice of pasta or mashed potatoes.

Notes

This Chicken Lazone naturally leans towards being gluten-free. Just ensure your spices and heavy cream are free from cross-contamination. For a full meal, pair with gluten-free pasta or mashed potatoes. Enjoy the flavors, entirely gluten-free!
