Cheesy Mississippi Mud Potatoes

Very comforting, easy to make, and a great dinner. Serve this on its own or pair this with grilled steak, green salad, or even poultry or burgers for the ultimate weeknight meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 6-7 cup potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 lb package of bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions
 

  1. Set the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Place the potatoes, cheddar cheese, garlic salt, bacon, and green onions in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix well, then whisk in the mayonnaise.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
