Instructions
Arrange three pork chops at the base of your slow cooker in an even layer.
In a medium-sized bowl, empty the contents of the soup can. Refill the can with water or milk and pour it into the bowl. Whisk the liquid and soup together until smooth.
Pour half of the prepared gravy over the pork chops in the slow cooker. Add the remaining pork chops as a second layer and cover them with the remaining gravy mixture.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and set it to the low heat setting. Cook for 4 to 6 hours, ensuring the pork chops become tender and fully cooked.
Remove the pork chops from the slow cooker carefully to avoid breaking them, as they will be tender. Drizzle the creamy gravy over the pork chops before serving.
