2 c pecans (halves or pieces)

2 tablespoon butter, melted

1 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt


1 c heavy cream

4 tablespoon unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

1 1/2 c white sugar

1/4 c corn syrup

1/4 c water

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 1/2 c good chocolate (milk or dark), melted


Start by preheating your oven to 325ºF.
