How to Make Mouthwatering Stuffing Balls

Stuffing Balls

These mouthwatering stuffing balls are my family’s favorite to serve with poultry or pork dishes. I also love serving these as appetizers with cranberry relish for dipping. There are amazing variations you can try for making these stuffing balls, and all of them are delicious!

Ingredients

Scale

1 egg, well beaten

1⁄3 c. butter

1⁄2 c. celery, finely chopped

1⁄2 c. fresh parsley, chopped

1⁄4 c. onion, finely chopped

1⁄2 tsp poultry seasoning

1⁄4 c. chicken broth

5 c. soft white bread cubes, 1/2-inch

1⁄4 tsp pepper

1 tsp salt

Instructions

Set the oven to 375 degrees F.

Using foil paper, line a baking sheet and lightly grease.

Melt the margarine or butter in a big skillet. Once hot, add the onion and celery. Cook until tender, stirring often.

Mix the rest of the ingredients with the celery and onion mixture. Feel free to add any variations you prefer.

Into 8 balls, form the mixture. If needed, dampen your hands with cold water while shaping the mixture.

On the prepared baking sheet, place the stuffing balls.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the stuffing balls are set.
