Ingredients
1 (14-ounce) package of turkey smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces
8– ounces of your favorite pasta
2 c of luscious heavy cream

Instructions
Cook the pasta until it’s firm yet tender then drain it and keep it aside.
In a frying pan cook the sausage slices, over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until they’re nicely browned.

Off the heat blend in the Parmesan cheese until it becomes creamy and smooth.
Add the pasta to the frying pan. Mix it well with the sauce.
