1 (14-ounce) package of turkey smoked sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch pieces

8– ounces of your favorite pasta

2 c of luscious heavy cream

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning for that authentic kick

½ c of freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

Cook the pasta until it’s firm yet tender then drain it and keep it aside.

In a frying pan cook the sausage slices, over medium-high heat for 5 minutes until they’re nicely browned.

Introduce the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning to the frying pan. Let it come to a boil then reduce the heat and let it simmer until it thickens up.

Off the heat blend in the Parmesan cheese until it becomes creamy and smooth.

Add the pasta to the frying pan. Mix it well with the sauce.

Serve this dish while it is hot and savor every mouthful.
