Ingredients

Scale

pounds sirloin tip roast, cut into 1-inch cubes

¼ c all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground pepper

2 tablespoons canola oil

1 (1-ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix

4 c beef broth

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 c uncooked medium egg noodles

Instructions

Start by placing the cubed sirloin tip roast in a ziplock bag. Add some all-purpose flour, salt and ground pepper. Seal the bag tightly. Give it a shake until the beef pieces are nicely coated with the flour mixture.

Next heat up some canola oil in a skillet, over high heat. Take out the beef from the bag making sure to shake off any flour and place it in the skillet. Cook the beef for around 5 minutes until it gets a color, on all sides.

Now transfer the beef into your slow cooker. Add in some onion soup mix, beef broth, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce. Give everything a stir before covering with the lid of your slow cooker. Set it to cook on LOW for about 8 hours or until the beef becomes tender and fully cooked.

Around 15 to 30 minutes before you’re ready to serve add in some egg noodles to your slow cooker. Cover it again. Let everything cook until those noodles become tender as well.

Once your noodles are cooked through give your soup a stir. It’s now ready to be served! Ladle this comforting soup into bowls and savor every bite of this hearty meal.
