1 32-ounce bag of hash browns, defrosted

18 ounces kielbasa, thawed and cut into small pieces

1 small onion, diced

1/2 cup of butter, melted

2 1/2 cups shredded cheese (I used a mix of monterey jack and cheddar)

10.5-ounce can cream of chicken

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

In a greased cooker combine the thawed hash browns, diced onions, pieces of kielbasa and two cups of shredded cheese.

In a bowl thoroughly mix together the cream of chicken soup, melted butter, whole milk and heavy cream. Pour this mixture over the hash mixture, in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top to achieve that goodness.

Cook on high, for three hours until the casserole is bubbling. The cheese is perfectly melted.
