Ingredients

20 chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)

12 oz. semisweet chocolate

23 drops of crème de menthe or peppermint oil flavoring


Instructions

Gently split the sandwich cookies. And remove the cream filling. Feel free to enjoy. Or discard it.

In a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate on 50% power. Stirring every 30-60 seconds. Until smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate. In a double boiler over the stove.

Add the mint flavoring. To the melted chocolate. And stir well.

Using a fork. Dip each chocolate wafer. Into the melted chocolate. Ensuring it’s fully coated.
