48 buttery golden round crackers

1/2 c creamy peanut butter

1/2 c marshmallow creme

1 lb chocolate, coarsely chopped and melted for dipping

Holiday sprinkles, optional but recommended


Instructions

Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment or wax paper. Place 24 crackers, on the sheet.

In a bowl combine peanut butter and marshmallow creme. Spread this mixture onto the crackers on the baking sheet.

Place another cracker on top of each filled cracker gently pressing to make sandwiches.

Take a microwave bowl. Melt the chocolate in short bursts stirring until it becomes smooth.

Use forks to dip each sandwich into the melted chocolate allowing any excess to drip off. Then place them back onto your baking sheet.

If you’d like sprinkle holiday-themed sprinkles on top of each cookie sandwich.

Freeze the cookies until the chocolate sets. Once ready they’re good to be enjoyed!
