6 Boneless Pork Chops

4 cups baby potatoes, cut in half

½ cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded

½ cup Butter, melted

¾ cup Breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Salt

½ teaspoon Black Pepper


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare a baking tray by lining it with aluminum foil and giving it a coating of grease.

Cut the baby potatoes in half. Place them in a bowl. Drizzle some olive oil, over the potatoes. Gently mix them together.

In a bowl combine seasoning, breadcrumbs and shredded Parmesan cheese.

Melt the butter in another bowl.

Take each pork chop. Dip it into the butter ensuring it is fully coated. Then generously coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Arrange the pork chops on the baking tray.

Place the seasoned baby potatoes around the pork chops ensuring they are evenly spread out.

Sprinkle some salt and black pepper over the tray to add flavor.

Bake, for 35 to 45 minutes or until the pork chops are completely cooked through.
