67 c. potatoes, peeled and diced

2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

1 (1 lb.) package bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 tsp garlic salt

1 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. green onions, thinly sliced


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a baking dish measuring 9×13 inches combine peeled and diced potatoes (6 to 7 cups), grated cheddar cheese (2 cups), garlic salt (1 teaspoon), crumbled bacon from a 1 lb package and thinly sliced onions (about 1/2 cup).

Pour mayonnaise (1 cup) over the mixture and mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well coated.

Place the dish in the oven. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top turns a lovely golden brown.

Once done take it out of the oven let it cool for a moment then serve this Cheesy Mississippi Mud Potatoes as a side dish. Enjoy!
