Ingredients

  • 2 quarts water
  • 20 small meatballs
  • 2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme

  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • 2 carrots sliced

  2. Add the 20 meatballs, 2 cans (8 oz each) of tomato sauce, 2 beef bouillon cubes, ½ tsp dried oregano ½ tsp dried basil and ¼ tsp dried thyme to the boiling water.
  3. Season with salt and ground pepper according to your taste preferences.
  4. Include the stalks of celery (2 stalks), sliced carrots (2 carrots) and a minced clove of garlic (1 clove) into the pot.
  5. Lower the heat. Let the soup simmer, for 30 minutes to allow all the flavors to blend together.
  6. Afterwards, add in 1 cup of elbow macaroni. Continue cooking until it is fully cooked.
  7. Once everything is cooked through serve the soup hot. Enjoy!
