Description

These homemade ham and cheese bites are delicious either warm or cold. Each bite contains 1.5 net carbs! These are the perfect low-carb breakfast. This can also be an amazing lunch that is perfect to pair with a green salad or another low-carb side.


Ingredients

Scale

3 eggs, beaten

2 c. ham, chopped

4 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1/3 c. coconut flour

1/2 tsp baking powder


Instructions

Set the oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the ham and cream cheese until fully blended.

Throw in the rest of the ingredients and mix well until combined.

Put in the fridge to chill for at least 10 minutes.

Drop the dough onto a greased baking sheet using a small cookie scoop.

Pop in the oven and bake for 20 – 23 minutes until the bites are golden brown.

Notes

Depending on the size of the scoop you are using, you can make about 24 or more egg bites.
