For the bread:

2 c fresh cranberries (divided)

1 c brown sugar (packed)

½ c milk

1 egg (lightly beaten)

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 c all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¼ c brown sugar (packed)

1 tbsp cold butter (cut into cubes)
