2 tablespoons of olive oil

1.5 tablespoons of Ranch dressing mix

4 oz of bacon, chopped into ½-inch pieces

½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese

In a bowl place 1 pound of halved Brussels sprouts.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the sprouts making sure they are all coated evenly.

Sprinkle 1.5 tablespoons of Ranch dressing mix onto the sprouts. Toss them gently to distribute the seasoning evenly.

Lay the Brussels sprouts cut side down on the baking sheet in a single layer.

Evenly scatter 4 oz of chopped bacon across the sheet.

Place the baking sheet in your oven.

Roast, for 20 to 25 minutes. Until the Brussels sprouts are tender and the bacon becomes crispy.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven carefully.

Immediately sprinkle ½ cup of cheddar cheese over the roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon.
