Description
Enjoy summer all year round with this grape salad. The sweet, juicy grapes combined with cream cheese and sour cream topped with brown sugar and chopped pecans are hard to miss! It’s great to serve as a light dessert or a side dish. And excellent for feeding a crowd!
Ingredients
2½ c. sour cream
1¼ c. sugar
3 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, room temperature
1 tablespoon of vanilla
½ c. brown sugar
5 lbs seedless grapes, half red and half green
½ c. pecans, finely chopped
Instructions
After washing the grapes, remove the stems and completely dry them.
Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and beat using a handheld mixer until fully smooth. Then, add the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2 more minutes.
To the cream cheese mixture, throw in the grapes and gently toss by hand until completely covered.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Just before serving, top the grape salad with pecans and brown sugar. Enjoy!
