Ingredients

Scale

3 c. cooked chopped chicken or canned chicken

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 c. sour cream

1 c. grated cheese

2 tbsp. Ranch dressing mix

1/4 c. cooked, chopped bacon

1 (12 oz.) can refrigerator Grands Jr Biscuits

1 additional c. grated cheese for the top of the casserole

Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease a baking pan measuring 9×13 inches.

In a mixing bowl combine the following ingredients; 3 cups of chicken chopped into small pieces; 2 cans of cream of chicken soup; 1 and a half cups of sour cream; 1 cup of grated cheese; 2 tablespoons of Ranch dressing mix; and a quarter cup of cooked bacon also chopped.

Take one can (12 oz.) of Grands Jr Biscuits from the refrigerator. Cut them into quarters. Gently toss these biscuit quarters into the mixture, with the chicken.

Now transfer this combined mixture into the prepared baking pan. Sprinkle a cup of cheese on top, for added deliciousness.

Place the pan in the oven. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes. Keep an eye on it until you see the casserole bubbling and notice that the biscuits have turned a brown color.

Once it’s ready serve this mouthwatering dish hot and savor every bite!
