3 c cooked chopped chicken, or canned chicken

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 1/2 c sour cream

1 c grated cheese

2 tbsp Ranch dressing mix

1/4 c cooked, chopped bacon

1 (12 ounces) can refrigerator Grands Jr Biscuits

1 additional c grated cheese for top of casserole


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350Β°F. And lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set it aside.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup of grated cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and chopped bacon.

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. And toss them into the chicken mixture. Ensuring everything is well coated.

Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared pan. Spreading it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining cup of grated cheese on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes. Or until the casserole is bubbly. And the biscuits are golden brown.
