1 ½ pounds lean ground beef

16 ounces pasta

1 small yellow onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, freshly minced

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 small can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can condensed Tomato Soup

1 cup of milk

½ teaspoon Paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried Parsley


Instructions

Cook the pasta until it’s firm but not too soft then drain it. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a casserole dish.

In a skillet sauté some minced garlic and chopped onion, with olive oil over medium heat.

Brown the ground beef in the skillet and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper for flavor.

In a bowl combine the drained pasta, with Cream of Mushroom Soup, Tomato Soup and milk.

Mix in the ground beef. Transfer everything to the greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle some paprika and dried parsley over the top then bake it for 20 minutes.

Once done let it cool down slightly before savoring this recipe inspired by Amish cuisine.
