- 1/4 c of grated Parmesan cheese

Ricotta Cheese Mixture:
- 2 c of ricotta cheese
- 1 c of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove finely grated
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
