Ingredients

Shortbread Ingredients:

  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 275 grams plain flour

Caramel Ingredients:

  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 4 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 397 grams condensed milk one tin

Decoration:

  • 200 grams milk chocolate
  • 100 grams white chocolate

For the Shortbread:

  1. Using a mixer blend together 200 grams of butter and 100 grams of caster sugar until the mixture is smooth.

  1. Melt Milk Chocolate: Take 200 grams of milk chocolate. Melt it. Pour this melted chocolate evenly over the caramel layer.
