Turkey Club Ranch in a Wrap

A hearty wrap filled with seasoned chicken, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, fresh vegetables, ranch dressing, and hot sauce for a flavorful, portable meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • ¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce
  • 4 10-inch flour tortillas
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 celery stalk diced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

Cook the chicken

  1. Heat the cooking oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for approximately 10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the juices run clear and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Dice and sauce the chicken

  1. Remove the chicken from the skillet and allow it to cool for several minutes. Dice into bite-sized pieces, then return to the skillet. Pour the hot sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.

Prepare the wraps

  1. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the chicken among the tortillas. Top each with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced celery, crumbled bacon, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.

Assemble and serve

  1. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling burrito-style. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Replace standard flour tortillas with certified gluten-free tortillas. Confirm that the hot sauce, ranch dressing, and bacon are labeled gluten-free. Ensure all seasonings and condiments are free from gluten-containing additives.
